All reports filed here will be safeguarded from retaliation and will serve as early documentation for escalated intervention, if necessary. Kay’s professional leadership coach is in touch with HR departments at Salk and HHMI so, if anything necessitating escalation is reported here, it will trigger institutional investigations.
